This remote position is a part-time role currently averaging around 5-10 hours per week on an ongoing basis. It involves a variety of admin tasks including but not limited to database updates, social media management (mainly Instagram and Pinterest), blog writing, podcast distribution, graphic design, etc.

Past experience is a plus though not necessary as I’m happy to train the right person with the skills and mindset to learn.

Must love checklists and organization.

This is a work-from-home position. Applicant must be a Pennsylvania resident.

Wedding Day Assistant

Apply here (Currently hiring)

This on-site position is a very part-time role assisting the DPNAK team with around 10-20 weddings a year. Weekends are a must as most weddings typically fall on Fridays, Saturdays, and/or Sundays. This position involves being present on wedding days and helping with tasks such as setup, breakdown, coordinating, and managing vendors. This is not a “planning” position.

Applicant must be a Pennsylvania resident. Potential candidates for Wedding Day Assistants are typically interviewed in February/March of each year, though you’re welcome to apply at any time for the upcoming season.
PLEASE NOTE:
I’m not looking to add any planners, decorators, designers, photographers, etc. to the team. If you’re interested in building your wedding planning business, please visit my coaching page.
