New Jersey Wedding: A Love-Filled Day for Keally and Dan

I’m am so excited to be showing you the latest pictures from the New Jersey wedding I was part of last weekend. Keally and Dan have been sweethearts for a while, and have been planning this wedding for quite some time. But it was only a week before the wedding that Keally contacted me to be her Day-of Coordinator and between our notes, attention to details, and meetings – it went absolutely wonderful!

I’ll start you with the typical getting ready shots… Keally with her Maid of Honor, Jenny (who as it turns out is roommates with a girl I graduated HS with out in NYC – small world!).

Keally and Dan decided to do a “first look” session with their photographer, Amy. Basically, a first look session consists of the bride and groom seeing each other before the ceremony and doing a lot of the photos normally done afterwards to save time in between ceremony and reception. I think it makes for some really beautiful pictures. Here is Keally getting out of the limo (we have Dan facing away with his eye’s closed)…

And 1, 2, 3…. He turned around…

From there, they went off to a couple of adorable places to do some bridal party photos. And, of course, Keally had made the cutest props…

Then it was time to head back to St. Peter’s Church in New Brunswick, NJ for the ceremony to begin. And I’m always a sucker for that “first kiss”…

And with perfect timing, Keally wanted to exit the church with her new husband under a shower of bubbles. Wish granted…

Then, it was off to the reception at the Cranbury Inn in Cranbury, NJ.

The picture below on the right shows their guest book. Keally and Dan had had engagement pictures taken and made a full book out of their favorites. With permanent markers close by, they asked all their guests to sign in the blank spots. They also had a fishbowl with note cards allowing guests to leave their words of advice, predictions, and thoughts. Both of these were a HUGE hit!

And the night finished with cake and treats from this beautiful Candy Buffet. FYI:  Keally’s bridesman, Matt created the entire set-up (and missed two days of work doing it) but it was absolutely stunning and delicious!

Keally + Dan –

You are an absolutely delightful couple.  From the moment I first met your bridal party, they all said the same thing: “we’ve never seen two people more excited to get married” and I agree 100%.  Your fun and honest spirits shined the entire day and you were both a pleasure to work with.  I was honored to be your DOC and I thank you for the opportunity.  Hope you’re having a blast in Aruba!!

Cheers!

Kind words from the bride:

Danielle was absolutely amazing as our wedding coordinator. I did not think I would need a coordinator but realized I would need someone to help with the millions of little details and coordination between many vendors and venues(church, reception, hotel). I hired Danielle last minute and she worked so hard in the short time she had to make sure our wedding day went off without a hitch. She is a pleasure to be around and made sure I did not have a care in the world on our wedding day. I was able to enjoy every moment because I knew she was behind the scenes making sure everything ran smoothly. I HIGHLY recommend her as a wedding coordinator!!
